Associate Hotel’s
Benefit Program
1-
TRAINING
-External training
programs access,
specially designed to cover the training detected
needs in the hotel operation departments.
This is offered with a special price.
-Logistic Support.
Easy access to the meeting’s room, facilities
and didactic equipment and material. In order
to increase Cancun’s tourism satisfaction
levels, the Association will establish operational
quality standards and the affiliate hotel’s
services, through international hotel approved
operational manuals, by distribution, circulation
and training plans. .
- Help Service: to be a channel and a contact
between the requester and instructor for outside
programs courses form
the Association required by the partner for
its company. Several career promotion supports
to Educational Institutions.
- TOGETHER, WE CAN: An
American Express sponsored program, with the
objective to motivate and make the employee
conscious about the way to do their job and
exceed the customer’s expectations.
This provides quality service to the employee
and increases the work environment..

CITY COUNCIL AGREEMENTS
-Special real
estate discount,
through negotiations with Local Treasury Department
that the Association makes every year just
in case the complete annual amount is paid.
-There will be a free
payment in
the License Renovation for commercial businesses
garbage collection, operated directly by the
Hotel, such as: tobacco stores, laundries,
beauty shops, fitness sport’s club and
others, as long as these are not restaurants
and bar’s. It is understood that with
the garbage collection pay rights done by
the Hotel, the above-mentioned commercial
businesses will be covered.
-If the Garbage
Collection’s
Right is annually paid, it will have an increase
of 7.5%.
-In case a monthly payment is done, the rate
will be $1.15 per room plus associated units
.
-Agreements with
CAPA – AGUAKAN
There is a
unique rate for drinkable water consume.
-Agreements with
Mexican Social Security Institution (IMSS)
This agreement
establishes that the Associates can make their
overdue employee payments with convenient
and flexible terms.
-Agreements with
the Federal’s Consumer Agency (PROFECO)
The consumer
claim’s directed to the affiliates of
the Association, will be measured between
the FCA and their associates.

PROMOTION
-Members and Hotel
service’s Address Book and CD. 
This promo material
is distributed in the events in which the
Association participates. Includes information
regarding your Company or Organization promotional
tools (i.e. CD, web page, etc)

-Cancun Travel Mart, México
Summit. Access
to Cancun Travel Mart, Mexico Summit event,
which is considered the southeast most important
tourist business event in the country, with
a special fare. From now on the event includes
suppliers of all Mexico. 
-Tourist Exhibitions.
Direct access to participate in tourist expo’s,
organized by the Cancun Convention and Visitors
Bureau (CCVB) in coordination with the Cancun
Hotel´s Association to promote the destination
and the organizations national and internationally
with a special offer.
-Promotional
Caravans: In
coordination with State Tourism Office, the
Cancun Hotel´s Association organizes
Promotional Seminar’s around the country.
-Familiarization
Travels. Affiliate
participation in the Familiarization Groups
in Cancun of specialized national and international

countries organized by CCVB and Cancun Hotel´s
